SUICIDE.
Post kali ini aku akan berkongsi ilmu yang aku dapat semasa membuat research paper PSYCHOLOGY.. memang psycho giler research ni.... baik laa cerita pasal research ni memang panjang.. so baik aku terus jer cerita research yang hampir membuat aku BUNUH DIRI.. iaitu..
Pada permulaan yer aku dan kawan-kawan sepasukan bercadang untuk buat tajuk....

Malangnya masa perbentangan tajuk research.. belum sempat abis bentang lagi tajuk kami, LECTURE dah reject bulat2.. berangin jer aku dan rakan2.. tapi nak buat mcm mana.. lecture lebih pakar dari kami.. maka sebab itulah dia mencadangkan kami membuat tajuk ni.. BEST GAK TAJUK NI.. hehe.. thank you MISS WAN..!!
Baiklah.. aku akan cuba ringkaskan cara penceritaan aku.. kalau panjang2 pon bukan korang nak baca... aku pun malas nak TAIP.. hehe..

DEFINITIONS...
1)Meaning of suicide as, to take own life. Die or let the alive seems die. Let the soul die.
2)Suicide is the act of attracting the life of a person's body and choose to no longer live in this world.
TYPES OF SUICIDE...
1) SELF HARM..
2) EUTHANASIA AND ASSISTED SUICIDE
-Euthanasia is divided by two types..
a)voluntary euthanasia = which that person allowed someone to kill himself.(patient allow the doctor)
b)involuntary euthanasia = which someone make the decision to allow someone else kill that person ( usually the patient's family)
-Assisted suicide = someone help you to commit suicide.( etc: a doctor give you a pill to kill yourself)
3)MURDER SUICIDE.
- means you kill other people and then kill yourself..
5)SUICIDE ATTACK.
- means you kill yourself in order to kill many more people( etc: Japan's Kamikaze or terrorists that bomb himself to kill many more people)
6)MASS SUICIDE
-means many people commit suicide at the same time. (example is the case of JIM JONES ) *if you want to know more deeper about this case just click his name.. hehe..
7)SUICIDE PACT
- plan to kill together, it differ from mass suicide. Usually suicide pact kill in partner of romance, friends or family..( etc: Romeo and Juliet..)
8)METAPHORICAL SUICIDE
- commit suicide to show protest. (etc: political suicide)

3)POISONING DRUGS
4)FIREARMS..
5) ASPHYXIATION

-blunt force trauma is divided by three types..
a)SELF-DEFENESTRATION

b) STEPPING IN FRONT OF A TRAIN

8) INTENTIONAL DROWING
9) SELF-IMMOLATION
-is a suicide by fire, often committed for political or moral reasons as a form of protest..

FACTORS THAT LEAD TO SUICIDE...
1) Lack of religion belief. Do not believe with faith that made by the God and challenge the power God in determining mortality.
2) Culture of “first come first served” caused the community live in a state racing and compete among them, without thought to work and live in harmony.
3) The stress and mental illness lead to the Bipolar disorder (cannot control their emotion, if they are happy they will extremely happy and if they are sad they will extremely sad.)
4) Feeling rejected, abandon, or alone, have low self esteem, or feeling like a failure, feeling ashamed , unworthy and forgiveness and feeling afraid of something or someone.
5) Influenced by the mass media, especially with the film that show the suicide action.
6) Troubles in romance, family and friends also can lead to suicide.
7) They have had something happen to them that has changed their life, like a really bad accident or illness, and they cannot accept this change.
8) They are being bullied.
-In short the main factor that lead to suicide is because they feel lonely and do not know what is the best way to solve their problem. That is the reason why they commit suicide to run away from their problems(peer pressure).
WAYS TO OVERCOME...
1) ‘Back-to-basic’ means that we should have faith in our creator.
2) The society should care about each other. The family and friend should encourage for the good things. Counsellor, physiatrist and even lecturer play an important role.
3) Family and friend need to also ask the question about people surround them of they see any suspicious behaviour or their family or friend acted bizarre.
4) Government should establish one centre that people can call for help. The government should banned or minimize the numbers of film that can influence the mental of people towards the suicide.
5) Education should update. Must be related to human issue. Such as the psychology subject.
*we also need to know the sign of suicide.. therefore we can prevent it from happen..
SIGN OF SUICIDE...
1)If someone is thinking about suicide, then they may be: talking or writing about suicide, or even saying things that hint at suicide, eg. "I wish I was dead", "I'd be better off dead", or "No-one cares".
2)Depressed or irritable mood : etc, "I hate my life", rebellious behaviour and easily irritated.
3) Fatigue or loss of energy.
4) Acting in a reckless way to put themselves into danger.
5) Loss of interest in activities.
6) Psychomotor agitation or slowing
7) Being angry all the time
8) Significant changes in sleeping habits, whether sleep to much or lack of sleep.
9) Significant changes in appetite or weight, whether eat to much or less eating.
10) Crying and not saying why and not being interested in making plans.
11) Feeling of worthlessness or excess guilt.
12) Decreased concentration or indecisiveness.
13) Lack of connection to family and friends( no one to talk to)
* about 80% of the time people who kill themselves have given definite signs or talked about suicide.
In conclusion, actually people that commit suicide do not really want to kill themselves. They just confuse with their emotional and do not know how to solve their problem. In addition, they are lonely and nobody want to guide them or help them to cope with their problems. Therefore, in order to overcome this problem we should always take care our neighbour(friends or any relatives) before they do the stupid thing...

Ternganga kami semua.. maka dengan pantas aku menjawab.. "we will looking forward in education system, whether we can implant the psychology subject in school in order to give the early exposure towards the youngest how to control their emotion and this can lead to overcome the suicide problem." (tiba-tiba idea datang dari langit.. tak terfikir pun..) hasilnya lecture angguk dan kami pun terlepas.. hehe.. suka sangat..!!! just dia marah gak laaa team aku sebab tak jumpa dia sepanjang melakukan paper work tu..(busy kot.. mana sempat.. tapi nak buat macam mana) kami semua redha jelah..!!
oleh itu, aku nak nasihatkan kepada sesiapa yang pernah terfikir untuk bunuh diri tu bawa2 la beristifar.. sebab bunuh diri ni dosa besar.. tercabut imam selamanya.. kalau ada kawan2 yang kesepian tu janganlah kita tinggalkan mereka keseorangan sebab keseorangan inilah yang menjadi PUNCA UTAMA KENAPA ORANG TERFIKIR UNTUK BUNUH DIRI.. tengok laa video ini contoh orang yang bertindak bodoh.. nak bunuh diri tapi rakam bagi satu dunia tengok.. nampak sangat dia sebenarnya nak perhatian bukan betul2 nak bunuh diri.. sebab kalau betul2 buat apa bagi tahu orang??
